Shayla is a mom to two Mitchell Bobcats, Preston (2nd grade) and Treston (1st grade). She graduated from Florida State University for her undergraduate studies and earned her Master’s degree from the American College of Education. With over 12 years experience in the education field, Shayla is now an entrepreneur, Christian author, and currently writing a curriculum. She most enjoys international travel and spending time with her family. She looks forward to more involvement at Mitchell in the years to come.

Nikki Okicki is mom extraordinaire of Maggie (3rd grade) and Lilly (1st grade); CEO of snack trays, silly voices and dance parties. Newly positioned as the Vice President of Ways & Means, she's looking forward to bringing a fresh perspective to the PTA and Mitchell Elementary as a whole. Nikki enjoys traveling with her family, beaches, mountains, morning runs on Bayshore, reading a great book and concerts! She was born and raised in Cleveland, OH but has lived in Tampa now for 10 years.

Megan is a proud University of Florida graduate and a diehard Gator fan. She has one son, Charlie, who is excited to start first grade this year. Megan loves building meaningful relationships and feels grateful to be part of the Mitchell community in any way she can. She is looking forward to a wonderful year ahead and can’t wait to connect with more Mitchell families!
 

Jenna Lee is mom to third generation Mitchell Bobcats Emmy (2nd Grade) and Nelle (Kindergarten), and future Bobcat Lawson (Branch Academy). She obtained her Bachelor’s degree from University of Florida and graduated from University of Tampa with her Master’s. Before becoming a stay-at-home mom to her three active children, Jenna Lee taught in Tampa for seven years. She enjoys family time with her children and husband Jonathan, volunteering with her church, and cheering on the Gators, Bucs, and Lightning. As a Mitchell Bobcat herself, Jenna Lee looks forward to serving the Mitchell community and becoming more involved in the years to come.
