Welcome from the PTA President

Dear Mitchell Bobcat families,

On behalf of the Mitchell Elementary Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), I want to extend a warm welcome to each and every one of you as we begin another exciting year together. Whether you are new to our school community or returning for another year, we are thrilled to have you as part of our extended family.

The PTA plays a vital role in enhancing the educational experience of our students, and we are committed to working hand in hand with our dedicated teachers and staff to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. Through our various programs, events, and initiatives, we aim to foster a sense of community and support that will benefit not only our children but also our families.

This year, we have an ambitious agenda planned, and we encourage all of you to get involved. There are numerous opportunities to volunteer, whether it's helping out at school events, assisting with fundraising efforts, or contributing your unique skills and talents. Your participation, no matter how big or small, makes a difference and strengthens our collective ability to make a positive impact on our children's education.

In addition to our core mission of supporting the school, we also want to ensure that the PTA serves as a platform for open communication and collaboration among families. We value your input, ideas, and feedback, and we encourage you to actively engage with us throughout the year. Together, we can build a strong partnership that benefits our children and creates lasting memories.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the outgoing PTA members for their dedication and hard work in laying a solid foundation for us. Their contributions have been invaluable, and we are excited to build upon their legacy.

As we embark on this new journey, I invite you to join us in making this year a memorable one for our students. Let us work together to inspire, empower, and support each other in creating a nurturing and enriching educational environment.

This year, our PTA registration forms and information can be accessed directly at www.mitchellelementarypta.org. We are using Membership Toolkit as our new platform so if you have already created a username and password previously, you can sign in with your previously created login. Otherwise, you will need to create an account in order to sign up for the PTA. I encourage you to browse through the site to learn more about our programs and activities and how our PTA efforts directly benefit the students and the school.
